President

Elizabeth has been a Registered Nurse since 1999 with her main focus being public health nursing.  Elizabeth spent 6 years as a Dallas Independent School District nurse working with middle and high school students and their families.  She started, owned, operated and did the cooking for a small restaurant and espresso bar in Lakewood called La Dolce Vita. ​In 2016 Elizabeth began cooking for the Saint Patrick Refugee Outreach Program which was the catalyst for Cooking for the Crowd.  She founded  Cooking for the Crowd to serve more small non-profit organizations seeking to spend more time on their missions and less time and money preparing meals.​Elizabeth loves family, food, and fostering an environment where people can thrive!

Suzanne Bacile
Business Processes & Secretary

Suzanne has been working in a corporate environment for the past 30 years in Talent Management with an emphasis in Learning and Development.  She has worked in several different industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Tax, and Financial Tech.  Her “superpower” is breaking down processes into bite sized chunks to identify root causes, process flows, and themes to help improve efficiencies and package them into learning content. Additionally, Suzanne and her husband own a coffee roastery and wholesale distribution business – which has a mission to impact the world via our Coffee with a Purpose Program benefiting the Children’s Hunger Fund. Suzanne is a native Dallasite with family roots going back 4 generations in East Dallas. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Amberton University.  Today, she resides in Uptown with her husband as empty-nesters of two amazing grown and flown children.  In her free time, she loves to frequent coffee houses and travel.

Darren Henley

Darren is a dedicated philanthropist and community volunteer. Through a variety of charitable activities, he enjoys working to improve access to healthy food for vulnerable populations and supporting community outreach programs who promote equity and inclusivity. He brings extensive experience in the technology industry and he enjoys the opportunity to combine technology with charitable functions to make the outreach both efficient and scalable for the partners served by the various community organizations. ​ Darren is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas with June, a lab/pit rescue who holds the title of Director of Naps and Treats. ​ He is an avid traveler, former professional caterer, college football fan, entrepreneurially minded and lover of all foods.

John Sabine
Development

John brings a wealth of experience to our table, with a robust educational background, including a BA from Saint Anselm College, an MA from St. Louis University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.  John had a 30 year, nationwide career in Commercial Real Estate and Shopping Center Leasing and Development.  He spent seven years as a Development Officer at Jesuit Dallas College Preparatory high school. His non-profit, volunteer experience includes service on various boards and committees including: St. Mary of Carmel School, West Dallas; Cristo Rey Catholic High School, Dallas; The Quispicanchi Project, Dallas/Peru; St. Patrick’s School; Holy Trinity Seminary and Hearts and Hammers.  John resides in Dallas’ Lake Highlands neighborhood with his wife Therese, who is the founder of the St. Patrick’s Refugee Outreach Program.

Distinguished for professionalism by multiple organizations, Lacey excels in connecting, collaborating, and guiding across multiple lines of business to create strategies, relationships, and processes that support organizational values. She is experienced in financial analysis, risk management, process development, organizational culture, dispute resolution, and sustainability.

Dauphin Ducayet
Treasurer

Dauphin Ducayet has been a dedicated volunteer for and board member of many Dallas organizations for decades. Past roles include securing a grant for a $20,000 solar array at the Mockingbird Elementary Garden, awarding grants to teachers at various DISD schools, and many years on DISD PTA budget committees. Her volunteer energy is focused on voter registration and education, food insecurity, and opportunities for DISD students. She currently provides bookkeeping services to a wide variety of for profit businesses and several non-profits pro bono or at a reduced rate. Prior to her current position at White Rock Bookkeeping she was a commercial real estate analyst. She holds a bachelor's degree from UT Austin and a certification of Spanish fluency.  She is an avid birder, dedicated practitioner of Iyengar yoga, and loves to enjoy the outdoors whenever possible.

Dalton Brantley

Dalton Brantley is a data engineering and analytics professional who builds systems that turn complex data into actionable insights. His work spans business intelligence, automation, and analytics to help organizations operate more efficiently and make better decisions. Earlier in his career, Dalton worked with international development organizations supporting humanitarian initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa, sparking a lasting interest in mission-driven work. He is passionate about using technology and data to help organizations strengthen communities and expand opportunity.
